Uninstallation Guidelines
Windows 10
Please follow the steps given below to uninstall Bit Guardian Firewall:
- Click the Start button on your taskbar and select settings to open it.
- In the settings window, navigate to system> Apps & features.
- Select Bit Guardian Firewall from the list of applications displayed.
- Now, click the Uninstall button.
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.
This will remove the Bit Guardian Firewall from your system.
Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
Please follow the steps given below to uninstall Bit Guardian Firewall on Windows 8 and 8.1:
- Open the Control Panel. To do so, either:
Right-click on the Start button. This will open a list of options. Click on the option that says Control Panel.
OR
Press the Windows + X keys together on your keyboard. This will open a list of options. Here, click on the option that says Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel window, navigate to Programs > Uninstall a program. (Note: If you're unable to find "Programs", go to "View By" towards the right of the screen and select "Category" from the drop-down list.)
- In the next window, search for Bit Guardian Firewall and right-click on it.
- Click on Uninstall.
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.
This will remove Bit Guardian Firewall from your system.
Windows 7
Please follow the steps given below to uninstall Bit Guardian Firewall :
- Click the Start button on your taskbar and select Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel window, click on Programs > Uninstall a program. (Note: If you're unable to find "Programs", go to "View By" towards the right of the screen and select "Category" from the drop-down list.)
- In the next window, select for Bit Guardian Firewall and right-click on it.
- Click on Uninstall.
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm.
This will remove Bit Guardian Firewall from your system.
